What is Firstgevity?

Firstgevity is a virtual wellness program built specifically for first responders. It’s designed to help you stay healthy, recover faster, and perform at your best—on and off duty. We focus on injury prevention, mental resilience, stress reduction, better sleep, and realistic nutrition.

We partner with first responder agencies across the country and around the world, as well as individual first responders who want better tools to support their health and longevity. The program is available for sworn and professional staff—and your family can use it too.

You’ll get a mix of pre-recorded video classes and custom PDF plans based on your goals. The program includes: Mobility + injury prevention (created with a Doctor of Physical Therapy) Stress and sleep support Desk + patrol car stretches Guided breathing and mental reset tools Meal plans and swaps (from a Registered Dietitian) On-demand yoga, strength, and recovery sessions

You’ll receive an email to fill out your personalized wellness form and access your portal. You can also download the Firstgevity app from the App Store or Google Play for 24/7 access to your resources.

This isn’t a one-size-fits-all program. Firstgevity creates a personalized plan based on your goals, schedule, and needs—and we actually check in with you. You’ll get real accountability check-ins from real humans who care about your progress and want to see you succeed. Everything is built for the first responder lifestyle—designed by a Registered Dietitian, Doctor of Physical Therapy, and Paige Arnone (E-RYT 500), who’s trained elite military, athletes, and over 20,000 first responders. You’re not alone—we’re here to support you every step of the way.

Paige Arnone.

I’m Paige Arnone — born and raised in Phoenix, AZ — and my entire life has shaped why I do this work.

Long before I ever stepped into a police department, I learned what it feels like to carry stress in your body, to push through pain, and to survive by instinct. Childhood trauma taught me early that when you don’t have the tools to process what you’re living through, your body and mind pay the price.

It also taught me this: Survival isn’t enough. Every one of us deserves the tools to thrive. When I began working directly with law enforcement eight years ago, I saw those same patterns in the people who protect our communities — the pressure, the injuries, the sleep deprivation, the unspoken stress, and the expectation to “just deal with it.” I saw people who give everything to their community, often with little support to take care of themselves.

I built Firstgevity from inside that reality — not as an outsider looking in, but by sitting in briefing rooms, riding along on calls, listening to what’s actually breaking officers down, and learning what truly helps them stay healthy, clear, and functional in a career that demands everything.

The programs you see today were shaped by thousands of conversations, real on-the-job challenges, and the belief that longevity isn’t optional — it’s essential.

My mission is simple: help your people stay healthy, resilient, and ready — not just for the job, but for the life and family waiting for them when they get home.

I’ve dedicated my life to this work because first responders deserve a partner who understands them — someone who knows what it takes to stay strong, stay present, and stay human in a profession that never stops asking for more.
