INTRODUCTION
At Firstgevity (“Firstgevity,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect your personal information when you access or use our services, including our website, mobile applications, software, and related resources (collectively, the “Platform”).
By using the Platform, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Platform.
We provide wellness, fitness, mobility, stress management, and nutrition resources. We do not collect or store medical records or Protected Health Information (PHI) as defined by HIPAA, and we are not a healthcare provider. Our services are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
TYPES OF DATA WE COLLECT
When you use the Firstgevity Platform, we may collect:
Personal Information You Provide:
Full name
Email address
Phone number
Wellness goals (e.g., back pain, shoulder mobility, stress management, sleep improvement, nutrition goals)
Height, weight, and personal preferences related to fitness and nutrition
Messages or communications sent to our team
Payment details (processed securely through third-party vendors such as Stripe or Bill.com)
Automatically Collected Data:
Device type, browser, and operating system
IP address and general geolocation
Pages viewed and interactions on the Platform
Date, time, and referral source
Third-Party Data:
We may receive limited information from trusted vendors that support our operations for CRM, Stripe / PO for payments, analytics providers for performance.
We may also use de-identified or aggregated data that cannot be used to identify you personally, for purposes such as program performance and research.
Health Data From Your Phone or Watch (Optional)
If you choose to connect Apple Health (iPhone) or Health Connect (Android) inside the Firstgevity app, we read the health and fitness data you allow and store it on our servers so that you can see it in the app and on the website. Connecting is optional, and you can disconnect at any time from Profile → Connected apps. Disconnecting deletes the synced data from our servers. Deleting your account deletes it as well.
The data we may read and keep, depending on what your device records and what you allow:
Activity: steps, distance, floors climbed, active and resting calories, exercise minutes, stand hours, and workouts (type, start and end time, duration, calories, distance, average heart rate). We do not read your workout route or location.
Heart and vitals: heart rate readings, resting heart rate, heart rate variability, blood oxygen, respiratory rate, blood pressure, and blood glucose.
Sleep: sleep sessions and naps with their stages and duration.
Body: weight, body fat percentage, and lean body mass.
Some of these values are stored but not yet shown in the app, including blood pressure, blood glucose, blood oxygen, heart rate variability, respiratory rate, and body fat. We keep them so that future features and your wellness reporting can use them.
We use this data only to show your own health information to you, to compute your trends, and for aggregated, de-identified wellness reporting to the organization sponsoring your membership. Individual health data is never shown to your employer or sponsoring organization. We do not sell it, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties for their own purposes. Synced health data does not earn rewards or coins. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
HOW WE USE DATA
We use collected data to:
Provide and personalize wellness, nutrition, and mobility plans.
Manage accounts, process payments, and deliver secure access to resources.
Contact you directly by email or phone to provide support, updates, and resources.
Allow our team to review your intake responses and user progress to create personalized plans.
Measure program effectiveness and share success/usership metrics with partner agencies in an anonymous, aggregated, and non-identifiable format. No personal data is ever disclosed.
Improve Platform performance, analyze usage trends, and enhance user experience.
Protect the security of our systems, prevent fraud, and comply with applicable laws.
HOW WE SHARE DATA
We do not sell or rent personal information. We may share limited data only as needed with:
Payment processors (Stripe, Bill.com)
CRM and communication tools (GoHighLevel)
Hosting and storage providers (secure cloud databases)
Analytics providers for performance tracking
We may also share information if required by law, or in connection with fraud prevention, safety, or a business transfer (merger, acquisition, or sale).
Note: Any reporting to agencies is provided only in anonymous, aggregated form for program evaluation purposes. These reports are not health records and do not contain personal identifiers.
DATA SECURITY
We implement reasonable and appropriate technical, administrative, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including:
Encryption in transit
Secure storage in restricted databases
Firewalls and access controls
Vendor agreements requiring confidentiality and strong security practices
Although no system is 100% secure, we take all commercially reasonable measures to protect your data.
DATA RETENTION
We retain personal data only as long as necessary to deliver services, meet legal requirements, and support internal operations. When data is no longer needed, we securely delete, anonymize, or aggregate it.
COOKIE POLICY
We use cookies and similar technologies to:
Provide secure access to the Platform
Improve user experience and functionality
Monitor analytics and performance
Support advertising and engagement
You can manage or disable cookies in your browser settings, though some features may be limited.
CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
Our services are intended for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect information from children. If we learn data has been collected from a child under 18, we will delete it promptly.
USER RIGHTS
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
Access or request a copy of your data
Correct inaccurate information
Request deletion of your personal data
Restrict or object to processing
Opt out of marketing communications

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & DATA OWNERSHIP
All content, resources, and program materials provided through the Firstgevity Platform are proprietary to Firstgevity and may not be copied, distributed, or repurposed without prior written consent.
Individual intake data remains private to the user. Agencies and organizations only receive anonymous program reporting and never own or control user-submitted information.
DATA BREACH RESPONSE
In the unlikely event of a data breach, we will investigate promptly, notify affected users as required by law, and take reasonable steps to mitigate risk.
DO NOT TRACK
Our Platform does not currently respond to Do Not Track (DNT) browser settings.
MODIFICATION
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of revised terms.

Phone numbers and SMS opt-in status are never shared with third
parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
