We do not collect or store medical records or Protected Health Information (PHI) as defined by HIPAA, and we are not a healthcare provider. Pages viewed and interactions on the Platform

Third-Party Data:
We may receive limited information from trusted vendors that support our operations for CRM, Stripe / PO for payments, analytics providers for performance.
We may also use de-identified or aggregated data that cannot be used to identify you personally, for purposes such as program performance and research.

Individual intake data remains private to the user. Agencies and organizations only receive anonymous program reporting and never own or control user-submitted information.
DATA BREACH RESPONSE
In the unlikely event of a data breach, we will investigate promptly, notify affected users as required by law, and take reasonable steps to mitigate risk.
DO NOT TRACK
Our Platform does not currently respond to Do Not Track (DNT) browser settings.
MODIFICATION
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
